Kill the Wanderer

Hristo Hristov is an investigative journalist, documentarist and founder of the websites http://desebg.com/ and http://pametbg.com/. He has written eight factual works on the various crimes of the communist regime in Bulgaria. His book "Kill the Wanderer" is the most authentic and detailed investigation into the murder of the writer Georgi Markov, by the Bulgarian State Secret Service in London in 1978. The work is based on a large amount of secret archives. Over the period of six years while working on the book, Hristo Hristov initiated and won an unprecedented amount of court cases against the Ministry of Interior and the Director of the National Intelligence Service. They were both convicted by the Supreme Administrative Court for their refusal to provide access to important documents regarding several state murders in the Bulgarian Archive.
